Shipping policy

All orders are processed, roasted, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders should arrive between one and three days after shipping out.

Note* Due to current shipping challenges and high volumes of orders, please keep in mind that shipping times are a general guideline but may be delayed for various reasons such as supply chain delays, inclement weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events that are outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: In the attempt to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible, we have a flat-rate $5 shipping policy. 

We offer free standard shipping for orders $50 and above.



How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jessica@transientcoffeecompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
